Our Story

We believe that better days start at Daybreak.

Every night’s sleep has the potential to propel us toward a healthier tomorrow. Founded by a team of leading sleep health physicians and dentists, we’re revolutionizing the way sleep apnea is diagnosed and treated.

Globally, 1 billion individuals suffer from sleep apnea, and a staggering 80% remain undiagnosed. This condition doesn’t just disrupt sleep. It robs the body of crucial oxygen needed for nightly repair and significantly impacts physical and mental health if left untreated.

Daybreak is here to challenge the status quo.

Our mission? To reshape the health trajectories of millions affected by untreated obstructive sleep apnea.

We’ve reimagined the sleep apnea journey, allowing doctor-directed care to unfold completely at-home — from diagnosis to treatment. With Daybreak, you’re not just getting a service; you’re gaining a health partner who exceeds the current standards of care. Our devoted team of sleep medicine experts have developed an evidence-based and custom-tailored process. We want everyone to experience the transformative power of a restful night’s sleep and all it brings.

Our process is designed to be stress-free. We guide you every step of the way, managing everything from virtual doctor visits to insurance billing. We’re committed to making your path to better health as convenient as possible.

With Daybreak, better sleep isn’t just a dream. It’s a reality. Experience the difference of waking up refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace the day.

Welcome to Daybreak — where good nights lead to great mornings.
