The Daybreak Sleep System
Clinical Disqualification: If our affiliated Clinical Team determines you are not a qualified fit for our custom-made, oral appliance device provided for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (each a “Daybreak Device”), you will automatically receive a full refund for the amount you paid for the Daybreak Sleep System (and Essentials Bundle, if applicable).
No refunds are offered on the Daybreak Sleep System (or any element or component thereof), except only where there is a clinical disqualification, as set forth above, or where a refund of the medical device cost is available under and pursuant to the Patient Care Guarantee. These are the only refund options available in connection with the Daybreak Sleep System, because this is a prescription medical device treatment that cannot be repurposed or resold.
Please note that this Return Policy is separate from our Patient Care Guarantee. The Patient Care Guarantee provides specific refund conditions related to the effectiveness of the Daybreak Device in treating obstructive sleep apnea, and it has its own set of terms and restrictions.
At-Home Sleep Test
For each at-home sleep test separately and directly purchased from Daybreak, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Unused: Item(s) must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- 14-Day Limit: Return request must be made within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date.
Refund Process:
- For at-home sleep tests that are eligible for a refund based on the Return Policy terms herein, contact support@thedaybreak.com to initiate a return request.
- You will be responsible for return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned at-home sleep test and confirm each item’s eligibility for a refund under this Return Policy, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 10-14 business days.
Except with respect to purchases of the items expressly covered under the foregoing Daybreak Return Policy terms, our manufacturing warranty, or as otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of any other items provided by Daybreak.
Changes to the Daybreak Return Policy Terms
We may revise and update the terms of this Daybreak Return Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
Your continued use of the Website or other Products and Services as set forth in the Terms of Use following the posting of revised Daybreak Return Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
