Very efficient process and service. Whenever I had questions, I would be answered very fast. The process was very informative and so was setting up the device. I barely felt it at all while sleeping and the instructions were so easy to follow.

So amazing! Seriously. My husband has pretty severe sleep apnea and hates to use his CPAP machine, so I suffer through being woken up by his snoring. Highly recommend this company and product. The customer service was very responsive and helpful in every step of the process. Every part of the process was followed by fast shipments with clear instructions on each step to help you gauge your sleep patterns with the help of professionals. As someone who snores relatively loud, I had to resort to mouth tape and nostril expanders to prevent me from breathing through my mouth when I sleep. First night of using my device, my significant other told me that I was not snoring and she was finally able to sleep in peace next to me.

My wife had been bugging me to get tested for sleep apnea for a while now. I brushed it off, thinking it was just normal snoring, but she insisted something was wrong. My sister--in-law actually ended up buying me the home sleep test from Daybreak. Turns out, my wife was right. I had moderate sleep apnea and my results showed that I would stop breathing an average of 20+ times an hour. Wearing a CPAP was a nonstarter for me so I ordered their device. They sent me an impression kit that I completed and returned, and my device arrived in less than 2 weeks. My wife noticed the difference the very first night I wore it - she slept well because I didn't snore. I started feeling a real difference in my energy during the day about a week in. To make sure it wasn't just psychological, I retested (that's included at no cost), and my apnea is practically gone when I wear the device. I think I'd still be procrastinating on treatment now if the process hadn't been so easy. Being able to get everything done from home was a total game-changer. They also took my insurance and FSA covered the rest, so that was a nice bonus.

I absolutely love daybreak!! The at home sleep test was a breeze. If anyone is interested in learned more about their sleep/ testing for sleep apnea then I 100% recommend. This is by far the best option for me and is so much simpler compared to a traditional cpap machine. Give it a go!

The sleep Test provided by Daybreak was amazing! It accurately showed my sleep apnea events, REM cycle timing, and my overall oxygenation while sleeping. The sleep test was delivered to me only a couple of days after I ordered it, and because it automatically logged my sleep data I didn’t have to go into a doctor to do the test! I got my results within 24 hours of taking the test, and it was an overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend this service!

Super easy sleep test. Just had to tape a super small device to my finger. Went to sleep in my own bed and just like that my sleep test was over.

I used to think snoring was just a normal part of life. So when my husband’s snoring grew louder over the years, I assumed it was simply due to aging or genetics—some people just snore more than others, right? It wasn’t until he got tested and started treatment that I realized how much of a difference it could make. Suddenly, I was no longer waking up from his snoring because it had either completely stopped or been drastically (and I mean dramatically) reduced. As a light sleeper, even the smallest noise can wake me up, so this was a huge relief. This summer, after returning from an overseas trip, his snoring came back, and once again, I couldn’t get a good night's sleep. When I asked what had changed during his trip, he admitted he had forgotten to continue his treatment, which explained the snoring’s return. That very night, he wore his mouth guard (or something that looks like a mouth guard to me), and the snoring almost immediately disappeared. I could sleep soundly again.
